Due to the unique made-to-order process facilitated by Printful, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any products unless there is a defect or error with the order.

1. Made-to-Order Nature

All our products are made-to-order and customized with our unique designs. This process ensures that each item is specifically created for you when an order is placed. As a result, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than defects or errors in the product or order fulfillment.

2. Defective or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will work diligently to resolve the issue by either replacing the item or issuing a refund, subject to our assessment of the situation.

Please note that due to the nature of our business and the customization process through Printful, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as changes of mind, ordering incorrect sizes, or dissatisfaction.

Refunds for defective or incorrect items will be issued once we have assessed the situation and confirmed the validity of the claim. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
